END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this Arbitration Agreement carefully. It is part of your contract with Company and affects your rights. This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and LNKS.UZ (the "Company") for the use of our link shortening site (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Site. The lnks.uz url shortener website located at lnks.uz is a copyrighted work belonging to LNKS.UZ. Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
LICENSE
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Site for the purpose of shortening links, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Certain Restrictions. The rights approved to you in these Terms are subject to the following restrictions: (a) you shall not sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site; (b) you shall not change, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Site; (c) you shall not access the Site in order to build a similar or competitive website; and (d) except as expressly stated herein, no part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means. All copyright and other proprietary notices on the Site must be retained on all copies thereof. Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or cease the Site with or without notice to you.
USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to comply with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Islamic Sharia while using the Site. You agree that any links you shorten with the Site will comply with those laws, and that you will be solely responsible for any consequences arising from the use of such links. You bear all risks associated with use of your User Content. You hereby certify that your User Content does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy. Because you alone are responsible for your User Content, you may expose yourself to liability. The Company reserves the right to remove any links that do not comply with the rules, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Site to collect, upload, transmit, display, or distribute any User Content (i) that violates any third-party right or any intellectual property or proprietary right; (ii) that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, invasive of another’s privacy, vulgar, defamatory, false, intentionally misleading, pornographic, obscene, or that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual; (iii) that is harmful to minors in any way; or (iv) that is in violation of any law or regulation. We reserve the right to review any User Content and to take appropriate action against you if you violate the Acceptable Use Policy, including removing content, terminating your Account, and/or reporting you to law enforcement authorities.
PAYMENT
The Site has paid access. You may choose to purchase a subscription to access additional features, such as extended monitoring and statistics of link clicks. The fees and payment terms are set forth on the Site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, software, and other material, are protected by copyright and other laws. You acknowledge and agree that the Company owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Site and its contents, and that you will not use the Site or its contents in any way that infringes upon the Company's intellectual property rights.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that the Site will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or terminate your rights to use the Site at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, including for any use of the Site in violation of these Terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
TERMINATION
The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to you. Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease using the Site.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Third-Party Links & Ads; Other Users
Third-Party Links & Ads. The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, and/or display advertisements for third-parties. Such Third-Party Links & Ads are not under the control of Company, and Company is not responsible for them. You use all Third-Party Links & Ads at your own risk.
Other Users. Each Site user is solely responsible for any and all of its own User Content. Because we do not control User Content, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any User Content, whether provided by you or by others.
Cookies and Web Beacons. Like any other website, lnks.uz uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience.
Google DoubleClick DART Cookie. Google is a third-party vendor on our site. It uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors. Visitors may decline the use of DART cookies by visiting the Google ad and content network Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
